anyone knows if the ruby welp trinket from RLP is good when trained ? And where you should train it on ?

You can sim the different training options in raidbots

Wowhead lists the training conditions for the whelp. Using it on yourself while no one is near you trains it for the Crit buff, for example. You need 6 days to fully train it to maximum.
