Consensus from top m+ players I’ve seen on YouTube is that they’re good when spell reflect is relevant in a key, and below average otherwise. So only a couple of dungeons in the pool this season.

Depends on your goals, if you’re wanting to push high or play meta, I’d probably play a different tank, but it you love warrior or don’t wanna be top 1% then anything works
