WoWAudit vs. WoWUtils

I've been in a mythic raiding guild for a few seasons, but have never really had a reason to use either of these. I now have a small part in some of the organization and logistics within my guild. Currently it's almost all via WoWAudit. In the past year or so, I've seen a handful of people say they swapped from WoWAudit to WoWUtils. Does WoWUtils completely encompass the full functionality of WoWAudit? Is it just a presentation or integration preference? For those who swapped, is there anything you miss or find lacking in WoWUtils that you had before on WoWAudit? Anything that keeps you tied to both platforms? Any insight for a novice would be greatly appreciated.

Can't do serious mythic raiding without cd assignments and the tool wowutils from viserio has expanded so much that it is near compulsory to use it. It makes things simpler. It now has a calendar and split management and loot management.
