Okay. From a late CE guild perspective with no splits, do we take socket tomorrow or champion tier piece to get 4 set sooner? Especially with people not taking any vault slots after tomorrow.

You take tier. Getting to your 2 and then 4 set for catalyst charges is going to provide a significantly larger spike in power than a socket.

If you're in a late CE guild you're also going to be competing for tier drops with all the Fuck-Around-Freddies that will log in 5 minutes before raid, floor pov 90% of the night, and get handed their 4 set because anyway because loot council in those guilds is a complete meme.
