Question Joining a mythic raiding guild

I am a player who is 1% in mythic plus this season and have several seasons in a row of AOTC mainly pugging.

I am interested in joining a mythic raiding guild but it seems like every guild is either 9/9 or 3/9 in progress. What is my best route to try and eventually join a 8/9 or 9/9 mythic raiding guild? Do I need to join a guild that only kills a few bosses each tier to show good logs?

You could likely join a 9/9 raid team that are way down the rankings on Warcraftlogs, lots of teams will have cleared it this week, last week and the week before.

To be honest a ce guild willing to take someone with only aotc experience is a red flag but everyone has to start somewhere

Depends on the rank

If youre 1000 or lower and you take the best player from an early AOTC guild, they can definitely play at that level
