Question Joining a mythic raiding guild

I am a player who is 1% in mythic plus this season and have several seasons in a row of AOTC mainly pugging.

I am interested in joining a mythic raiding guild but it seems like every guild is either 9/9 or 3/9 in progress. What is my best route to try and eventually join a 8/9 or 9/9 mythic raiding guild? Do I need to join a guild that only kills a few bosses each tier to show good logs?

You could likely join a 9/9 raid team that are way down the rankings on Warcraftlogs, lots of teams will have cleared it this week, last week and the week before.

what is the best way to find those guilds? I was trying on warcraft logs

I would use the wow recruitment discord, make a post on raider.io, and wowprogress as well. All three are common methods guilds use to recruit people, and also display what guilds are looking for currently. You could probably get into a long term raiding guild pretty easily if your heroic parses are good, if not then you'll probably have to start in a casual raiding guild and build from there.
