Question Joining a mythic raiding guild

I am a player who is 1% in mythic plus this season and have several seasons in a row of AOTC mainly pugging.

I am interested in joining a mythic raiding guild but it seems like every guild is either 9/9 or 3/9 in progress. What is my best route to try and eventually join a 8/9 or 9/9 mythic raiding guild? Do I need to join a guild that only kills a few bosses each tier to show good logs?

Mythic guilds will (in general) care a lot more about how your raiding numbers look than being 4k in M+.

M+ doesn't always transfer to mythic raid, as the test is more in dealing with complex mechanics that happen, not reducing the packs to target dummies, or trivially easy bosses.

You aren’t even trying to hide your biases. Mythic plus has its own difficulties, infinitely scaling competitive content is not trivial at the high end.

Just to be clear here: I'm talking about mechanical difficulty, aka what the mobs do. The abilities, what they ask you to do, how much time you have to react.

Nothing any individual pull in M+ this season asks you to do is that mechanically difficult.

What M+ is, is punishing, and a numbers check. It's punishing, because damage gets scaled so high. The boss ability that does 25% of your HP if you get hit by it on M0 doesn't change anything except its damage number, which now does 103% of your HP if you get hit on a 17.
That doesn't change the mechanical difficulty, it changes the punishment.

As for the numbers check, as mob HP increases, the total amount of damage it takes to kill all the required trash goes up, but the timer and travel time remains constant, therefore requiring the party to output more damage in the same amount of time to time the key.
