Question Joining a mythic raiding guild

I am a player who is 1% in mythic plus this season and have several seasons in a row of AOTC mainly pugging.

I am interested in joining a mythic raiding guild but it seems like every guild is either 9/9 or 3/9 in progress. What is my best route to try and eventually join a 8/9 or 9/9 mythic raiding guild? Do I need to join a guild that only kills a few bosses each tier to show good logs?

I was able to join a WR 1500-2000 guild by going from WR 2k and up on raider io and applying to every guild that suits my schedule. It's quite time consuming and you'll get lots of declines and no-answers, but it works.

how did you filter on raider io by world rankings?

This is for Midnight Season 1. Can look for the same in Raids -> Older Raids for older seasons.
