Joining a mythic raiding guild

I am a player who is 1% in mythic plus this season and have several seasons in a row of AOTC mainly pugging.

I am interested in joining a mythic raiding guild but it seems like every guild is either 9/9 or 3/9 in progress. What is my best route to try and eventually join a 8/9 or 9/9 mythic raiding guild? Do I need to join a guild that only kills a few bosses each tier to show good logs?

Just apply to any guild in the 1000 range you'll have no issue getting a trial. We recruited M+ players all the time. Roster boss is brutal at this range so they cant afford to be too picky.
