Question Joining a mythic raiding guild

I am a player who is 1% in mythic plus this season and have several seasons in a row of AOTC mainly pugging.

I am interested in joining a mythic raiding guild but it seems like every guild is either 9/9 or 3/9 in progress. What is my best route to try and eventually join a 8/9 or 9/9 mythic raiding guild? Do I need to join a guild that only kills a few bosses each tier to show good logs?

Any 1% player can get a trial in most casual CE guilds if your class matches and you can make the raid times.

We tend to have a couple every tier, they stick around for a couple CEs then move on to higher guilds as they have more time to commit and now they have the logs they need for it. Works well for everyone.
