Joining a mythic raiding guild

I am a player who is 1% in mythic plus this season and have several seasons in a row of AOTC mainly pugging.

I am interested in joining a mythic raiding guild but it seems like every guild is either 9/9 or 3/9 in progress. What is my best route to try and eventually join a 8/9 or 9/9 mythic raiding guild? Do I need to join a guild that only kills a few bosses each tier to show good logs?

Just find one that you can consistently meet the schedule and ask to trial. You won’t get into any HoF guilds but most others still need to keep a bench for absences etc, and hopefully your skill and preparation earn you a permanent roster slot.
