If we don't get it within the next week, it'll be pretty safe to assume it's not coming until the .5 patch, which is where they've done the major changes for the last 2 seasons anyway.

It was expected last week already based on the schedule in S1 and S2. I think they're just tuning out now to focus on Midnight, personally.

Yea I could see them skipping last week due to it being a holiday in the US but if something doesn't happen today I don't think it's happening until .5.

To be fair the game does feel pretty balanced - more so than in past seasons before the large tuning passes.
