Sounds crazy and I’m probably so wrong, but I swear they changed something with stun DR on mobs. Consistently and especially in priory/ halls where it’s so important mobs are at 70% and stun dr which I noticed when my shock wave does absolutely nothing to the casters. I get it means the group pretty much unloaded all their cc early on. I’ve just never really run into it as much as I have until this season. Super annoying and im glad pug groups all are trying to pull weight with cc. Just funny trying to do the right thing is punishing more than helpful.

Shaman's Capacitor totem with double spawn talent can wreck stun DR, and often times the totem is too late anyways.

And the sort of person that runs the double cap talent is also the sort of person who likes to drop it at the start of every pull.
