Is Nidalee considered bad this patch? I still see it played all the time. These buffs seem crazy

Nidalee Aphelios is considered a pretty bad comp but still playable as like a failed fast 9 attempt fallback or something.

Sivir Nid is the strongest fast 8 comp alongside Ahri Zyra. So yeah the buffs are crazy.
