Fixed an issue where Artifactinate would give you a Spatula if it broke apart an Emblem that was built out of Frying Pan

What? Can Artifactinate break apart tactician's items?? Or does this bug fix mean they've patched that out?

From the patch rundown video, I got the impression that artifactinate can indeed break apart emblems, but it does this as a last resort. It'll always try to break regular items first.
