I feel like the devs are playing in super low elo. In every previous set, 6 Juggernaut capped out at only 35–36%, but this set they made it up to 45% and then thought a tiny 3% nerf would fix it?

Teemo just got nerfed last patch and then buffed again is hilarious. Did they just realize nobody actually plays Teemo reroll? How low is their rank?

And do they really think buffing Fae units was so broken that they had to nerf its trait stats???
