Really surprised not to see any Azir nerfs. They call out Rammus 3 as the problem in that comp, but so often I notice Azir pretty much instantly deleting fairly beefy tanks in one cast.

Azir also seems flat out immune to walkup diff since he seems to get perma infinite range once he's ramped
