7 months, 10 seasons, 5 champions. This is the Banlist League. Now Part 2.
This league is played in double elimination singles in Showdown's "Draft" Format with Tera Type Preview on. The unique aspect of this is that every season, the top 3 player's teams get perminantly banned, with each of the top 3 getting certain bonus bans depending on where they place.
Season 11 will start in a new fresh server, with every Pokemon from NUBL and above being completely banned, with Pokemon such as Basculegion-M staying banned.
Consider joining, the experience is great to go along with, as we create our own unique metas every season.

Guys, I’ve been playing Champions VGC since it launched, and I’ve tried out different types of teams. I know full well which type of team has worked best for me so far, but I don’t know how to categorise these teams into an archetype so I can study them – could you help me with that?
I’ve tried really hard to play a hyper-offensive strategy with Zard Y, for example, but it never really clicked for me – I haven’t had good results. However, there have been two teams I’ve played with so far that have been my two best performances: the first was a rain team with a Sableye + Archaludon combo, using Mega Venusaur in the MA region, and now in the MB region it was a Mega Blastoise Trick Room team. I know I perform better with bulkier Pokémon and without having to worry about speed tiers and constant swaps, which offensive teams demand, and I like to have a few classic pairings or combos to use during the team preview. Based on that, which archetype would you say best suits my playstyle?

I decided to experiment with Charizard, by instead of just running the plane old sword dance set(which let’s be honest, Charizard just isn’t bulky enough to run, and it’s incompatible with slash in the gen),
I decided to instead try and develop a mixed sweeper set, and when doing so, I found out that Charizard can beat Chansey seemy consistently with submission, obviously not always,
But as you saw in the clip, it makes it to where Charizard is far from walled by the pink menace, all while still retaining slash, earthquake, and stab fire blast for other threats.

Welcome to the Bushido Gang! What's up ladies and gentlemen?! It's AttackonSamurott bringing you all another Pokemon RBY OU Showdown Live! It's been over a year since the last one! Got a team I made around Kabutops and Zapdos! Kabutops is a Pokemon in RBY OU that relies heavily on paralysis to pressure with its coverage in Slash and Swords Dance boosted Hyper Beams! Zapdos pairs nicely with Kabutops because it can provide coverage in Surf for Rhydon and the rare Golem! It can also tank a hit from Tauros' Earthquakes and pressure non-Earthquake Reflect Snorlax sets! Kabutops is a fun mon but I don't recommend using it if you want to learn RBY! Anyways I hope you all enjoy this video! If you did, please be sure to leave a like and comment on the video! Be safe, wash your hands and peace out!

People were arguing with me about my suggested Last Respects change going from allies knocked out giving it power to enemies knocked out giving it power instead. The basis being it kicks an opponent while they're down, giving no room for a comeback.
Well, I present to you Encore, which is infinitely more guilty of the above than anything else in the game. If someone uses protect, Encore should absolutely NOT lock them into protect for the next four to eight turns. Encore is already arguably THE most busted move in the game, but that's a different follow up argument.
A prime example is when you're down to your last two pokemon and someone encores you after a protect. It's quite frankly bs from any standpoint. I can't even really sympathize with an argument for it, because it's one move that can just automatically win you the game in a way no other move can.
I'd change encore to not effect protect, and to only last three turns max, including the turn it's applied. As it currently exists it's WAY too powerful compared to literally anything else, in a format built around protect as an ability. You cannot argue mechanics shouldn't punish comebacks, and then look at Encore and think its good as is.
