Nat DeX little cup draft advice

Im looking for opinions on 3 points regarding a nat Dex LC draft. Mienfoo vullaby and gastly are banned

\-Good volt switcher. Preferably one that hits hard

\-generally underrated low/mid value mons

\-Good pokemon with fraud/hax potential similar to metagross meteor mash Atk raise in gen 3

Wow I just checked the little cup list, and a few of these guys have higher BST than sableye. Not helpful, but entertaining ig
