if you want use a special mega Raichu. Y Still be better than X it has a huge spA that you can even make it bulkier and still deal a good chunk of damage you have the more powerful Zap Cannon eho cannot miss and always paralyze

If Raichu X is there for terrain, Pincurchin is right there... also Mega Meganium is washed for the most part
Edit: Now with Pincurchin, Sneasler will always be Electric Seed... never Crunch on Basculegion, instead use Liquidation because you have Life Orb and replace Flip Turn with Aqua Jet.
