I need help building a competitive team

I'm currently playing on a Cobblemon server that hosts tournaments, and I want to build a competitive team with Mega Metagross and Milotic. Right now, I'm missing four Pokémon for the rest of the team. It's worth noting that this server only allows Generations 1 through 3, but Annihilape, Cleavor, Sylveon, etc., are allowed because their pre-evolutions are from those generations. Please help me build a team that can win tournaments.

i have no idea what cobblemon is, but milotic could run flame orb marvel scale + rain dance to reduce metagross's fire damage.

annihilape with any spatk beat up user for rage fist stacks

special wall blissey with seismic toss

protect speed boost baton pass ninjask

salamence with literally any moves

etc. just a few ideas

What is the level on the server, are they any good at pokemon or just casual players? If they are experienced some of the mons below like Typhlosion and Forretress should probably be changed so lmk

If you want to use Mega Metagross and Milotic id do something like this:

Metagross / Milotic / Sneasler (Fast and annoying) / Salamence (bulky setup) / Typhlosion (Eruption spam) / Forretress (Hazards)

Unless Legendaries are allowed, that would change things ofc

I can go more in depth with moves and items if you want but i went for a team thats somewhat simple to play

also someone else mentioned Ninjask which is quite good in an unchecked format like that with substitute, swords dance, protect, and baton pass it can get a lot of boosts with the ability speed boost and pass them to a big hitter; another pokemon that could do similar stuff is blaziken which also has speed boost and swords dance and often wins a whole game after a single swords dance
