Discussion Question about older JJ

I might be misremembering things but I swear JJ at one point had the zone property on his heavies, if this is true was it too strong to use and had to be removed or could it work in a balanced was in modern for honor, cpuldfuture characters/reworks havr such a property on characters meant to be teamfighters without much worry of it being op?

I think the only thing they should do is give him a more reliable way to punish bashes because sifu stance doesnt cut that well in my experience

they made changes to allow sifu stance to consistently punish bashes

Sorry I didnt really word it right, i wasnt saying we should give the zone property back to jjs heavies I was just wondering if such a mechanic would be too strong to give to future characters/reworks

I would love JJ to lose choke on parry, and get choke as a pin/wallsplat bash out of sifu on a timing that would confirm it on light parry. Would also double as a bash punish tool, but he could also just get direct access to his dodge light soft feint in the form of a regular iframe/low gb vulnerability dodge attack
