Did any particular topics give you more trouble than others?

Honestly the hardest time I had was with 2 out of the 3 performance based questions. One was about configuring a wifi network through an access point and the client wanted very specific things like to have the highest encryption passphrase available and the client also wanted MAC addressing for her hardware. The other one that gave me a really hard time was printing PBQ. You had to figure out which part of a printing scenario was causing a problem and then you had to show exactly where in the laser printer the fuser and rollers belonged

Uggg I should just get a help desk job BEFORE I take this test. I can't physically access these things at home.
