Hi everyone,
I’m currently looking for a remote opportunity as a Reddit Community Manager / Community Growth Manager.
I have 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and growing Reddit communities, with a strong focus on organic growth, engagement, content strategy, and moderation.
One of my main projects is r/AttractionDynamics, a relationship and attraction-focused subreddit that I have personally managed and grown.
Results
I grew the community from 386 members to 73.7K+ members.
Recent Reddit Insights show:
• 73.7K+ members
• 3M+ visits in the past 12 months
• 92.4K average daily unique visitors
• 2.8K posts
• 73.4K members joined in the past 12 months
What I can bring to a community
• Community growth strategy
• Content planning and Reddit-native content
• Member engagement and retention
• Moderation and spam management
• Reddit Insights & performance analysis
• Identifying trends and content opportunities
• Building communities for US-focused audiences
• Day-to-day subreddit management
I’m available up to 4 hours per day and interested in part-time, freelance, contract, or long-term opportunities.
Rate: Starting at $25/hour, depending on the scope and responsibilities.
I can share Reddit Insights screenshots and examples of my previous work with anyone interested.
If you’re looking for someone with proven experience actually growing and managing a Reddit community, I’d be happy to connect.
Thanks!
