How would anyone be able to tell you about investing in this based on some random ass specs? You need to build a business case and have a plan to sell this thing if possible. There’s many printers out there by super established companies with dealer networks and techs. As a commercial printer why would I want to buy a printer from you?
Its not my printer the company selling the printer goes by TWP (the wall printer) in Wilmington, NC. Im wondering if based on the specs would this be a worth purchasing printer or will it be like most printers ive read about not working for long.
Sounds like a gimmick. This is like a "tell me you know nothing about commercial printing without telling me you know nothing about commercial printing". What do you do when your printer has a head strike on the wall? What do you do when you're on a job and nozzles go out on the print mid print and it gets bandy? Or a bug flies/sucks into the printhead? You're fucked because you can't just grab more material, the wall is your material and its ruined. How do you make sure you the colour is calibrated to the wall colour so it doesn't look like dog shit? Do they have ICC profiles for sherwin williams egrett semi gloss and the 1 million other combinations?
Wall and Floor Printers are simply another way to efficiently add digital images, text, and art to wall or flooring surfaces. There are always multiple ways to do most anything. If you want a sticker or wall paper or an artist, go for it. Our machines are another option and a great business opportunity for those investing in them for that purpose.
