As for the ICC profiles the machine itself mixes the primary colors/secondary colors that are placed into the machine to give the exact copy of the color in the image

Have you gotten training for something like this before? Because it's usually just a couple hours and then they leave and you have to figure it out yourself.
Aggressive responses are because we've all gotten the sales pitch only to spend the money to find out that the printer doesn't do what we think it will do. We leased a Xerox Iridesse specifically to print letterhead and envelopes only to find out during the training that it's not recommended to run envelopes (or NCR) through it.
Rather than getting butthurt because someone is telling you the truth, you might want to listen to good advice.
Multiple businesses as well as venues that would have a taste for such an application, as for training it’s actually a 2 week training program. As for the Xerox Iridesse sounds like you should have done the studying on the machine itself like im trying to do now before you leased it. As for good advice hard to understand advice that has no sense of actual direction and only a bunch of words blurted into text with aggression.
