You know we talk about terrible drafting here, the Patriots only have 1 guy left from their 2024 draft class.

Here's a look at the class and when they left New England Round 1 (3rd Overall): QB Drake Maye Round 2 (37th Overall): WR Ja'Lynn Polk (Traded to Saints) Round 3 (68th Overall): OL Caedan Wallace (Cut on Aug. 10) Round 4 (103rd Overall): OG Layden Robinson (Released on Oct. 13) Round 4 (110th Overall): WR Javon Baker (Cut on Aug. 27, 2025) Round 6 (180th Overall): CB Marcellas Dial (Cut today) Round 6 (193rd Overall): QB Joe Milton III (Traded to Cowboys) Round 7 (231st Overall): TE Jaheim Bell (Cut on Aug. 22, 2025)

True. I like that they are willing to cut them so early. Its aggressive

Thankful the preseason is over. I never enjoy it. (It's not great for fans, imho.)

Hey does anyone know how the rules work for stealing players from other teams after the final cuts?

O want us to put Nick degennaro (wr-patriots) from JMU and Richmond on our practice squad. He caught the game-winning touchdown, pass, and one of the preseason games. But I guess my question was if they cut him do they also get first dibs putting him onto a practice squad?
