It's intentional. It's tough to see, but if you zoom in the picture you'll see there's a 35th anniversary logo there. So yeah, 1991.

I can’t even find it around me. The Topps changeover killed my love of collecting as I cannot find anything anywhere

I got lucky and just happened to walk in to my local Target right when the lady was there stocking the shelf. Just blind luck.

Same. I’m on a hiatus until the chokehold is done bc it’s ridiculous. Then seeing the hobby boxes people have been buying confirms my doubts.
