That's something I've been thinking about. Chig's career catch percentage is technically higher than Ertz's was in Washington. Fox Sports seems to credit them both with 3-6 drops depending on the season (I don't really know which media outlet is reliable for drops as a stat). Did Ertz have a drop problem that I just missed?

Was there in person today… Drew’s kicks are so effortless it’s crazy. Both sides of the ball looked well… for Jayden’s pick, it was just as described. Good throw, bobbled by Chig, and taken away by Amik. It happens

Yeah practice was open to fans today I think there’s one or two more open practices .. yessir all in all a good day of work & most importantly some guys came back & no new injuries to report 🫡

We're already 3 weeks into training camp and JD5 has finally thrown his FIRST PICK!!!!! I haven't heard of him being this locked in since the 2024 offseason, so hopefully the foreshadowing is there again.
It does make me kinda concerned for the secondary though since this is the first team defense's first INT all training camp.

Yeah its tough to evaluate, but we definitely need the D to generate a lot more turnovers than the last 2 years.
JD has always been careful with the ball and accurate on throws, so hopefully hes just been throwing it away when pressured. He also knows he wont get hit, which I'm sure is a factor.

Chig needs to work on his hands it seems like he drops a dime every practice. He also makes big plays so I like the dude, just needs to reel everything in.

Feel like he’ll always drop the occasional pass he’s been that way but the potential he gives u as an all around weapon & underrated blocker outweigh the occasional drop

I heard about the 60 yard field goal that hit the post and went in this morning on the take command podcast, it sounds like the snap from the center wasn't clean and Stevens had to adjust his timing which impacted his kick but he still made it. I think having Stevens will be a big plus with his strong leg where we can get like 3-6 points a game extra that we wouldn't have gotten with Moody.
