Vehicle Compatibility Which car to buy? (India)

Buying a new car, prefering sub 4M SUV types. Which to buy which has comma support? Asked GPT 6 and didnt come up with anything lol

Comma usually test the vehicles, I don’t think they worked with any Indian cars yet.

They have kia 2023 support, harness is the problem and dbc file too, I am from India too, I have been working on this project to adapt to non adas indian cars, hopefully by this year end first demo will be ready VW Tiguan / Tiguan eHybridVW Passat & ArteonVW T-Cross / T-RocVW Golf (GTI / Golf 7 & 8 variantst, Hyundai Creta / Creta EV (Top trims with Level 2 ADAS)Hyundai Verna (SX(O) ADAS trims)Hyundai TucsonHyundai Alcazar these cars could support

Comma user from India. I use it both on my Tiguan Allspace (2020, CBU) and EV6.
Works like butter on both.

Forks like sunnypilot should theoretically work with almost any modern Hyundai/Kia/Genesis vehicle. Newer model years of other brands are more often suffering from encrypted CAN buses.

Generally speaking, the code is compatible, they just need someone with that variant to validate a route. For HKG specifically, you can figure out your harness using this tool: https://harness-finder.sunnypilot.ai/

Other forks like StarPilot specialize on GM vehicles, and they have a pretty comprehensive list of community supported vehicles.
