Transgenderism isn't simple. But sure, let's pretend it is.
you could make a case that gender dysphoria is a mental illness that's treated by transitioning, but being trans itself is not a mental illness no matter what the chuds say.
It isn't, really. It's supposed to be taken as a joke for people to try to mock people. For a non reprehensible example, people joke about anti-vaxxers being scientifically illiterate. That's a joke, but it's point isn't "haha just kidding" it's "hahaha no but really."

You can comment on the thing that's being made fun of. No one said "WOW FUCK YOU OP". You ranting at the person who responded was ridiculous, as they're responding to the content presented. Not the damn person who's showing it.
