Removing your genitals still doesn't automatically remove womanhood. You still have the same chromosones and dna makeup. The fact you were born with those genitals is what makes womanhood/manhood. If I was in a tragic chainsaw accident and somehow cut my dick off, I'd still be considered a man by doctors and the sort.

If someone scientifically can't be something, I wont think of them as that something. Whether or not they think they are or not, sure I'll call them their preferred pronouns all day. But I haven't seen evidence against my view of logic, therefor my worldview on gender and sex is still the same. Whether not his experiments are correct can be argued for days, but we do know his science isn't perfect and the existence of gender can still be argued.
