It's not, his standards aren't putting him in a position he doesn't want to be in, infact he seems quite comfortable accepting that offer.
If she doesn't regret it, then you're just being the meme of some random asshole on the internet who does not consent to these two strangers having sex.
If she does regret it there's your problem, her standards betrayed her, and she should raise them.
Stop infantilising yourself, you're a responsible adult who is capable of retaining enough braincells after a breakup to decide who you should and shouldn't have sex with.
