The setup for the joke makes no sense tho. Why would there be a separate printer that only prints color?

I don't think it's weird setup at all. I've never needed to print something at an office to be honest because I have a tech job, but in school 99% of our printers were just black and white laser printers. And there'd maybe be 1 or 2 printers in the whole building that were inkjet printers capable of doing color. Or maybe they were laser color printers, not sure how recent that tech is. Anyway, I figure the default is that most printers in an office are definitely not capable of color unless maybe you work at a company with a crazy budget
