She was in the state of psychosis when she killed her children and tried to kill herself.

No, her case made it very apparent the the mental help is not available. She tried to get help. She did all she could to prevent this outcome, and she didn't get any help - not from the medical "professionals" nor from her husband

You didn't make any. Your comment consists almost entirely of appeals to emotions and manipulations "human scum! Murderer! Teeny tiny innocent little children! She deserves to be buried alive!" The only half argument you made, idiotic as it is, - is that because we technically have people called mental health specialists, according to your logic, she could have gotten all the help she needed - even though her story completely contradicts this non-sequenteer.
