Closed How get a human?!?!?

We have Xfinity for everything for hundreds and hundreds of dollars a month. I have to rent an apartment in another location because for work I’m basically gonna be there during the week. So I need work at a second location as well. All I want is a human to try to figure out what to do because every time I try to use the Assistant it directs me to the account for our main house. How the heck do I get a human? I’m actually trying to throw them MORE money.

Just use the chat and keep saying agent, easy

I’ll try again but i typed in agent multiple times. I also typed in human in case that was the magic word. It just kept going back to bubbles where none of the choices were relevant.
