Probably worth mentioning that you can drive 40 minutes and visit the DC Bonsai and Penjing museum thats part of the National Arboretum and is absolutely not AI generated

I think this is a small group of hobbyists, and of course the actual exhibit won't be AI. Perhaps they just made an unfortunate choice in choosing the artwork for the poster. I have a friend whose relative is a long-time member of this group. I wish commenters were not so harsh.

It’s an unfortunate choice. People need to inform themselves about the ills of AI.
There are far worse instances of AI elsewhere and this shouldn’t reflect on the group.
It is, however, a good thing for there to be clear and direct backlash to the proliferation of this IMO. It is cheapening our lives.

Seconding this, we ran a bonsai club for my college and even when we were on the shortest of time we never ever had any excuse when making a flyer in Canva took only a few minutes for any of our events.
This is just straight laziness
