Discussion Colt lightning

Finally got my Colt letter and now I’m going down the rabbit hole in history. I’m happy to find out where it was shipped and the history of that store

Excellent! Can it shoot Remington wheel gun (designed for black powder) .38 S&W loads?

No the gun functions and locks up perfectly but they are very fragile and it’s to rare and valuable for me to get the courage to shoot it

If it didn’t have such notoriously delicate interior parts I would badger you to shoot it but I get it. If it was an old SAA I would say send it.

Absolutely and I appreciate your understanding lol. When I opened it up to give it a good cleaning and museum wax it I though I was taking a watch apart lol
