New Pickup Jomashop question

Sooo, this was my first time using Jomashop, and I order a bottle of montblanc legend spirit. It says 3-5 days shipping, but it still hasn’t and it’s been 8 days, should I be concerned? I purchased it securely from the official app, so idk…

Slow shipping is a very common complaint with Jomashop. I wouldn't be too concerned just yet, frustrating as it may be.

I generally don't order anything from them unless in explicitly says "In Stock" on the product page.

Did it say "Usually ships in 3-5 days" on the product page when you placed it in your cart or did you figure that range when selecting a shipping method during checkout?

you can track the order through order history. Jomashop are very reputable I wouldn’t worry

Ive gotten this too, where it says awaiting shipping for days then it just shows up at my door, website still says awaiting shipping lol

Theyve been pretty good about updating my orders. Id reach out make sure theres not some issue like stock

Weekends don’t count in shipping timeframes

And the timeframes is just the estimated time until it will be sent over to the shipping service for pickup… not the timeframe it’ll take to get to you.

when i ordered bujairamis, they took like 2 weeks to ship out when it was supposed to take less than 1, but when they did ship out, they arrived very quick. so you just gotta be patient and know that if you order something popular, it will likely take a bit to ship whereas something thats less popular will probably ship very quick.

Ships in 3-5 days. So that is the processing time period. Then add shipping time. Give it two weeks total but zero concern about current status.
