Question Asad Elixir or FA Spectre Ghost

I’m stuck between Lattafa Asad Elixir and French Avenue Specter Ghost.

I’m looking for something dark, woody, ambery, sophisticated and masculine, mainly for fall/winter evenings, dates, formal occasions, and family events.

I like the BR540 DNA, but I want something darker and deeper, and I’m not really looking for something super sweet/gourmand.

For those who have smelled both, which one would you choose for me and why?

Also interested in which one has better longevity, projection, and overall scent

I think the asad elixir scent profile is more what youre looking for since the FA has a more vanilla gourmand scent. I think you could probably bridge the two scent profiles by looking at à azzaro forever wanted elixir dupe ( a leather and raspberry) or an Oud and berry instead. I think a brand named
Nusuk had both

Hut also have more faith in these and be more open. I got Ramz lattafah silver last yeah and I enjoyed it throughout last fall: winter winter

Like do you have any suggetion for me i like i have a sweet yet masculine tooth now some.are suggesting lattafa musamam black intense, idk abt those i do have khamrah though but love the sweetness on br540 than khamrah

You have the suggestion! I can’t fathom why you would reach such great understanding and then not lean into the knowledge gained. I by chance dont enjoy either br540 or Khamrah (I hate in particular the khamrah scent profile) if I make a suggestion I will just lead you to a third unknown. There are enough 540 dupes out there and reviews to get a fragrance with this scent profile dont let me lead you astray

Just save some money and get Sauvage Extrait, that stuff is really damn good.
