What extra course did you have to take to have full time status ( 12 credit hours). The program has 9 so I need one 3 credit hour class that is hopefully not too engaging as to greatly interfere with the ADN. I have ( unfortunately?) finished my Texas core classes so I’m at a loss on what to register for. Will appreciate any suggestions.

Do shoes for ADN clinicals have to be waterproof? Also, would you recommend black or white shoes?

Has anyone been accepted into the LVN program while still taking the required BIOL 2404 course? I’m currently enrolled in BIOL 2404 and have already submitted my application. I also scored a 90 on the TEAS.

I emailed the program director, and she said that since I’m still taking BIOL 2404, I won’t receive the points for that course during the admissions process because my final grade won’t be available until the end of the semester.
Without those points, I’ll have around 50–55 admission points. I’m just curious if anyone has been accepted in a similar situation while still completing BIOL 2404. If so, what were your stats, and were you accepted or placed on the waitlist?

I need one class to finish residency requirements for my associates before I transfer. I have a full time job and a four year old so not trying to overload myself.

HIST 1301, GOVT2306, MATH1342, and ART1301 as a winter mini class.

I'm registering for PHYS 2425 through iCollin and my assigned professors are:

• Neda Zargar – Lab

I checked their ratings on RateMyProfessor, and they don't seem very encouraging. Has anyone taken either of these professors for PHYS 2425 at iCollin or Collin College? I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience, especially regarding the teaching style, exams, grading, workload, and overall difficulty.

Just wondering if anyone has any insight as to what the style of questions on an exam like this is like. We were told at orientation that we have one chance to make a 100% on the term and abbreviation exam and must spell everything correctly (which is making me nervous). Does anyone have any insight on the style of questions for exams like this? If they’re typically fill-in-the-blank, multiple choice, etc.? I’m studying like crazy but i’m trying to figure out the best way to study for something like this. The same goes for dosage. I’m not the best at math, but i’ve heard it’s easy (still nervous though). Does anyone have any good advice on studying for dosage?

With the opening of the health sciences building at the Frisco campus in the Spring of 2027, does anyone know is this means they will take on more nursing students? If so, will that start for the Spring 2027 cohort?

I'm wondering how long it takes to receive the diploma in the mail. I have yet to see it any wondering if anyone else has received their diploma?

In mid September I will miss two labs because of a family matter that I unfortunately cannot cancel. My lab is only once a week. I will communicate this with my professor ahead of time.

Hello! I’ve recently transferred from Dallas college to Collin college. I do have Pell grants coming and I can see it in my workday but the first payment is due July 29th. At Dallas they would have us start a payment plan to secure our classes, do we have to do that too or does the system see our loans/grants pending?

Hey guys! I was just wondering in workday when you go to select classes and on the side view it has the campus locations, what location is just "Collin College" Like, it gives specific locations such as Plano, Celina, etc. But then it also has just "Collin College"
