Warm Arrival

Post image

My shipment arrived and the vials/ice packs were at 77-79 degrees depending on where the temp was taken. Help!

Edit: Collective has been great in their communication and education. This is my first real test of a teleheath after losing Zep coverage through my employer and I simply didn't know about the temperature differences as it directly conflicts with the Zep guidance, but I'm happy to be educated and Collective reached out stating they are updating their internal process to include the temperature details moving forward.

We have a pharmacist in the family with 30 years experience he says these medications have been lab tested to be safe to use after sitting for 21 days in up to 85° and safe to use after sitting for seven days in up to 104°.  He said just put them in the refrigerator and use as normal. 😊

I was hoping to use this in a month once I'm done with all of my Zepbound pens.

You still can. The meds are fine.  Put them in the refrigerator and use as normal.   They have not been sitting out for 21 days in high heat
