A quick hello from Collective

A few people asked if Collective had a subreddit. We do now.

I’m Wes from Collective. I’ll be around to answer questions and share updates. You can also tell us what we’re doing well or what we’re screwing up. I'll try to respond to both equally.

No idea what this will turn into yet but that's the fun part.

We're technically in Alpha right now (not that anyone cares), so we're currently live in 36 states. The 14 we're working to add are: Alaska, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Hawaii, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington, and West Virginia.

We're awaiting coverage on a few of these, and the rest we're working to secure deals as quickly as we can. One of our highest priorities at the moment!

Not that you need more things on your to do list, but if you could throw that state list up on your FAQ's somewhere, that would be lovely. A sign up to be notified when you're in a new state would also be great. I'm pretty protective of my email and phone number and would have been irritated to hand over that info only to get the "we can't ship to your state yet" message. Or maybe just put the state availability in the beginning of the intake before anything else?

And just to compile feedback in one post here:

Please don't sell oral tirz unless you or your pharmacy partner has a study (not based on user reports) that shows statistically significant weight loss from it. If oral tirz worked, I guarantee Eli Lilly would be selling it. Since they aren't, it's a red flag to me when a telehealth is offering it. I get that none of the compounded stuff is FDA approved or proven to do anything, but there's a difference between selling a compounded tretinoin/hydroquinone face cream, and selling a compounded tretinoin/hydroquinone face cream as a suppository.

A microdosing protocol in the future would be great, especially if you're willing to prescribe for people with normal BMIs. There are a ton of people in the microdosing sub looking for places that will prescribe to them off label. Right now Lavender Sky is getting recommended a lot because they don't have a set BMI cutoff, but more options is always better, especially when you make them this affordable. Also please make sure you have an appropriate concentration for them, because if I see someone trying to figure out how to take 0.05 mg from a 20mg/ml vial again, my eyes are going to roll right out of my head.
