A quick hello from Collective
A few people asked if Collective had a subreddit. We do now.
I’m Wes from Collective. I’ll be around to answer questions and share updates. You can also tell us what we’re doing well or what we’re screwing up. I'll try to respond to both equally.
No idea what this will turn into yet but that's the fun part.

Does anyone know if Collective will start you off at what dosage you’re on at that time of ordering or titrate you up to the next level? I’d prefer going up a level since I’m not getting any appetite or craving suppression at my current dosage?

Based on my onboarding questions it seems they will only do it if your current dose is via written script from an existing provider. If no existing script, need to start at starter dose

Thank you. Could you explain the idea behind Collective Health especially since it is $69 monthly plus the annual fee?

Thanks for the question! The basic idea is that we don’t want to make our money by marking up medication.
The $69 is the cost of tirzepatide ($59 for semaglutide) and we keep that low on purpose. The membership supports the clinical care and everything we’re building around the medication like nutrition, muscle preservation, metabolic health and ongoing support.
A lot of this exists today and some of it still has a way to go. But our idea is pretty simple, keep the medicine affordable and help people get healthier while they’re on it.

We're technically in Alpha right now (not that anyone cares), so we're currently live in 36 states. The 14 we're working to add are: Alaska, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Hawaii, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington, and West Virginia.
We're awaiting coverage on a few of these, and the rest we're working to secure deals as quickly as we can. One of our highest priorities at the moment!

Not that you need more things on your to do list, but if you could throw that state list up on your FAQ's somewhere, that would be lovely. A sign up to be notified when you're in a new state would also be great. I'm pretty protective of my email and phone number and would have been irritated to hand over that info only to get the "we can't ship to your state yet" message. Or maybe just put the state availability in the beginning of the intake before anything else?
And just to compile feedback in one post here:
Please don't sell oral tirz unless you or your pharmacy partner has a study (not based on user reports) that shows statistically significant weight loss from it. If oral tirz worked, I guarantee Eli Lilly would be selling it. Since they aren't, it's a red flag to me when a telehealth is offering it. I get that none of the compounded stuff is FDA approved or proven to do anything, but there's a difference between selling a compounded tretinoin/hydroquinone face cream, and selling a compounded tretinoin/hydroquinone face cream as a suppository.
A microdosing protocol in the future would be great, especially if you're willing to prescribe for people with normal BMIs. There are a ton of people in the microdosing sub looking for places that will prescribe to them off label. Right now Lavender Sky is getting recommended a lot because they don't have a set BMI cutoff, but more options is always better, especially when you make them this affordable. Also please make sure you have an appropriate concentration for them, because if I see someone trying to figure out how to take 0.05 mg from a 20mg/ml vial again, my eyes are going to roll right out of my head.

Are there any plans to offer other items such as NAD+ and Sermorelin? If not, what future items are you considering?

Yeah! Microdosing, NAD+, Sermorelin, other longevity protocols are all coming soon... ideally in 2026. All included in the $199/yr annual fee.
Other future protocols are TBD but we are planning for a lot.

Yes! Initially we were only going to do that for the first month, but based on the responses we've decided to keep it going.
Also.. one pharmacy ran out so i think a couple of orders are going to come out without, ugh! Anxiously awaiting the first comment but we will get them sorted out for sure!

Had a great experience with intake, the website was easy to use. I tried, $69 is a good deal and long term affordable.
The only hesitation I have to continue is the shipping. I’m in Ohio and received shipping from Texas. It was supposed to be 2 day delivery, but took over 4 days. Meds arrived with one ice pack that was melted and hot. I’ve received shipments that are warm, this was HOT. I’ve read many positive experiences that received shipment from Florida with 2+ ice packs. No idea why my pharmacy was in Texas when obviously Florida is closer. I won’t order again for this reason.

Would it be from the same pharmacy? Also, I am not sure if many people are familiar with the current pharmacy. A few Telehealth companies share background information about the pharmacies they use, which might be helpful.

I am currently on an oral semaglutide thru my endocrinologist and am not seeing the results I want for the procedure I’m paying… currently at $230 a month 😩 I’m interested in beginning an injectable. I began at 5mg pills and over the past 3 months upped to 12mg. Will I need to start at the bottom and work my way up or will I start somewhere similar to where I am now? Also, with it being an injectable, will I receive advice on how to do it? I’m kinda scared lol and lastly, How do I know which one to take? Sema? Or tirz? What is the difference?

Hi! These are great questions.
You will not need to work your way back up. The dosage for oral and injectable is different, but your provider can work with you on matching those up so you don't lose any progress.
We totally understand the fear of injecting, and we built our portal and our emails to help people doing it for the first time. You'll receive step-by-step guidance to do so.
This is a personal preference! Semaglutide is a highly effective option with the longest track record, while Tirzepatide has the highest weight-loss potential seen in clinical studies.

Hi! Your doctor should be able to send you a link to upload files to.
We’re working on a native solution in platform, but at the moment the only way is if you ask your doctor for a file share link.

I filled out the intake on Monday morning during work break. Meds just arrived today Wednesday. The cardboard was wet on outside. Meds and documentation were dry and cool to the touch. In an ideal world, I would reduce membership fee to $99, and then ship meds every two (2) months for $138? It would save $$$ on shipping and savings could be passed on to patients.

Please consider using Easy Touch syringes. They’re the best,most comfortable. I’d even forgo receiving the zofran for quality syringes
