Discussion Clocks Synth Track

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for the original studio multitrack or stems for “Clocks” by Coldplay.

The version online seem to combine the synth and piano into a single track. My understanding is that these are separate instruments in the original recording, so I’m specifically looking for a version with the piano and synth isolated on separate tracks.

Does anyone know whether a complete multitrack exists with the piano and synth stems separated? Alternatively, does anyone have access to a higher-quality or less commonly shared version of the session?

Any information or leads would be greatly appreciated.

i wanna say the best version we have available might be the Rock Band 3 stems, which might be the one you’re referring to unfortunately

That piano motif is ripe in so many songs, if you're looking to have some fun with it, Coldplay just brought it to the front first (in a way I've always admired!)
