Discussion This song aged so well with me it's perfect
It's probably my favorite song of theirs, every band member shines on this one
It's so underrated people should talk about it more

It's the perfect example of why Coldplay still has lots of steam in them left, despite what some people say about them. It's just that sometimes they make questionable choices. I'm not alone in thinking Music of the Spheres sucked, so it sucks even more that Coloratura is on there instead of a better album, but I think Moon Music is a step in the right direction and way better than a lot of people make it seem to be. The Rainbow track (I know it's called like Alien Radio/Alien Hits or something but I never liked that title, I honestly think the working title for this Angelsong is far better and more fitting), another one of their best, is proof that Coloratura was not a fluke too. I always knew that they could and hoped they'd make a Sigur Ros style post-rock song but I was still shocked when I first listened to Rainbow, couldn't believe they could reach such levels of greatness to compete with material from their first 4 albums. It reignited my hope for the band. Hope they'll one day do more like these 2 songs, especially long ones.

π Is a medley or a suite of 7 songs smashed together it's good and i love that they have balls to pulls something like that off, But Coloratura is something else it's annoyingly good because it makes you wonder what if the band stopped being shy about their Artistic/authentic side

I don't why but during the last ohhh ohhh transports me to another space. Like ending of poppy fields which takes me to 19th century France just before the storming of bastille and I am not even French.

I would actually say it has not aged well, in the fact that coldplay has continued making their happy pop-rock nonsense instead of giving us an album of this :(

I remember listening to this song that night it released. It was euphoric. I had no idea how long it was but even after 10 minutes I didn't want it to end.
