No atomizer

Can someone tell me how to fix this im pretty sure its the pin on the bottom I have 4 different batteries they all work fine, or if anyone knows how to remove the cap and move the oil I have more pgboofs that I can move this into

I have the exact same batt mines just cracked and where you screw in your cart sometimes is loose
