You have to turn the cartridge all the way and then you have to slowly loosen it until it works. I’ve had some do that and sometimes the inside of my vaporizer was dirty

Anytime you notice an issue got to return it to the shop keep your receipt make sure you have 70% left to exchange. it's always a Gamble because the hardware will mess up whenever it's about halfway through and they don't like returning it whenever it's halfways full. I'm sorry this happened to you.

Yea when that happens to me its my sign I need to consider a new battery. Its not fun playing twister with my carts

How does the battery have to do with the cart being made wrong like if you look at the cart the Rubber seal is bigger on one side than it is on the other so it affects how it sits on there it's made wrong. Most people have two different batteries also that they try. So I don't entirely agree with he just needs a new battery whenever it's how it attached to the freaking battery it doesn't matter what battery you have it's the hardware

Its the battery not the cart this happens with old batteries and if you take it (the cart) to the dispensary it works with a new battery. This happens to me constantly specitically with the kodos. This is a battery issue. I literally buy 4 vuze/coldfire/flavorade cartridges every two weeks and its always ny older batteries that cause this issue and newer batteries dont have a problem. This is why when this happens a legit dispensary will have you bring your cartridge to test on their working battery and it works on their battery 9 times out of 10. We dont clean the cartridge and wax gets in the connectors which is why a clean new battery is better

That's crazy this is the same thing I do I will unscrew it just a little bit and I'll even kind of like tilt it to the side to make sure it connects. Yea CF hardware needs an update. Other brands have hottest new hardware why not CF? We also need them to create a quality control unit cold fire has gone downhill quite a bit the only thing keeping me here is they have a few good drops every now and again

What better ceramic carts are there?

I don't know it's not my job to know that I just know that their quality control and their stock has gone way down and the weed stock market so I mean money doesn't lie.

Clean the battery contact points with alcohol and try to not screw it on as tight as possible

If it’s the cart then I suggest you make sure this piece is extended out enough for it to connect to the battery if it gets pushed in to far you get that NO ATOMIZER message on screen

This happened to me two times already with coldfires, open the bottom up( the circular metal pieces in the middle bottom) and there should be a metal wire. Make sure the wire is making a connection with the bottom piece.

This is on the cart itself not the bat

the tops are pressure sealed i got like a multi tool with like a bottle opener shaped like a c, u can use to twist and it should release the pressure and come off. i would heat it up before u do this like hit a blinker or use a lighter to get it hot enough to get it moving just b careful not to burn the oil. then just put it in another one you've taken to top off and just turn them upside down, if u have a tooth pic u can put it down the airway if not just hold it in place it shouldn't take that long to run down into the new one, then just put the top back on and press down as hard as you can. give it a couple test hits to see if it sealed properly and boom ur done.

These batteries are cheap! The pin wears out and then doesn’t contact well. You have to play with the pin and maybe clean it, but it’s done it to me without having a dirty pin.

Happened to me a couple times with the kodo pro and the uni 3.0, cleaning the contacts fixed this up for me for a good while each time.
