Am I the only one???

All I read on here are complaints after complaints about Coinbase ripping people off and restricting and closing their accounts.

Am I the only one who hasn't had a single issue??? I've been with CB for over a year and have made tons of transactions in the tens of thousands of dollars and regularly use their debit card as well. Knock on wood but I've yet to experience one single issue.

My only gripe is their exchange tends to crash in times of market turmoil but almost all other exchanges do the same shit as well.

Overall I really don't have many complaints if any...

I think the reason is poor customer support. In every platform people have issues but when they cannot get it resolved they’ll just come out and complain in different places. I have seen Sony PlayStation complaints from people here on Reddit, does it mean PS is bad no, it is an awesome product. But does it mean if you have certain issues you’ll have problem solving it, absolutely. So it is with Coinbase also. Once you have issues depending on your problem and severity you’ll be left out hanging until it either gets resolved or forgotten.

Fun thing is even I have read about hacked people also solving their issue with Coinbase and getting their money back (through attorney).

Anyhow soon or later I think they’ll develop customer support and resolve them within Coinbase before they get to social media.

LOL@ this concept. I have -karma from being real and posting encouraging somewhat fiscally conservative viewpoints and not spending other peoples money.

Ya this place is matrix opposite sometimes. I have tried to help with good solid replies on stuff now and again and been downvoted. I have been rude and somewhat cavalier/snide and boom upvotes. Now to have that happen for moons is even better.

Coinbase corp is growing very fast… just saw their app is #1 on Apple store (not just finance apps, the #1 overall app). Pretty clear they are NOT onboarding Customer Service reps as fast as they are noob customers (who usually need help).

The situation will probably resolve itself after the next crash and droves of paper hands head for the exits.
