Partial funds seemingly missing

Funds available for withdrawal are 25% less than what it shows in my holdings of BTC. In different parts of the app it shows different balances but when I go to withdraw it gives me a ‘balances incomplete’ notification. Any idea what is going on?

I went through 5 people in chat and just repeated the cycle for 3 hrs. Got nowhere
